When you are feeling in a confused state, isolated, sad or just generally
run-down. Always remember to sit quietly, take a deep breath and say these words from your heart/soul.
I am in control of my Mind and my Emotions and my Body. Say I am every time you say a affirmation. It makes everything in the now.
We
cannot change the past, we do not have to worry about the future. The now moment
is the only time to focus on. In this moment you can change your
thoughts, to feelings of ; peace of mind, love, joy, prosperity and
this will then have a re-action on your whole being (body). Always remember to repeat I am safe. When you say these words you will feel
so much better.
Give it a go you have not got anything to lose. In fact you could gain something
from it. I feel confident that you will.
